WE GET OUR NUTRITION FROM THE FOODS WE EAT
WHEN THEY GO THROUGH THE INTESTINES .
SO IT MIGHT BE WISE TO DETOX THEM ON OCCASION .
GOOGLE IT TO FIND OUT HOW OFTEN.
MY METABOLISM WAS SO SLOW THAT IF I ATE FRIED FOODS , IT TOOK FROM 36 TO 44 HOURS TO ELIMINATE IT.
