THAT'S EASY , THE FOODS WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT BY TRADITION AND MEDIA ARE ALWAYS MESSING WITH OUR MAIN HORMONES , INSULIN , ADRENALINE , CORTISOL MESSING THESE UP COUNTERS OUR FEEL GOOD ENDOMORPHIN THAT HELPS US TO LOSE WEIGHT . CALORIES MEANS NOTHING EXCEPT FOR EXCESSIVE OVEREATING , IF THESE ARE OUT OF BALANCE YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT .

 IT'S VERY NECESSARY TO FLUSH OUT TOXINS 
 AND TO PROCESS FOOD CORRECTLY.
 WE GET OUR NUTRITION FROM THE FOODS WE EAT 
  WHEN THEY GO THROUGH THE INTESTINES .
 SO IT MIGHT BE WISE TO DETOX THEM ON OCCASION .
  GOOGLE IT TO FIND OUT HOW OFTEN.
 MY METABOLISM WAS SO SLOW THAT  IF I ATE FRIED modified
FOODS . at fast food places, IT TOOK FROM 36 TO 44 HOURS TO ELIMINATE IT. 

  THEN IT WOULD BE TWO OR THREE DAYS BEFORE THAT TOOK PLACE , CAN YOU SEE WHAT I DOING TO MYSELF . 
 IF I CONTINUED TO EAT FRIED modified FOOD MY SYSTEM WAS BACKING UP .
 NOW I ELIMINATE DAILY , EXCEPT WHEN I BINGE OUT THEN IT'S TWO TO THREE DAYS .

 1. LEARN TO LIVE AT PEACE  (STRESS FREE AS  MUCH AS POSSIBLE )

    C.  WHOLE FOOD , REAL SUPPLEMENTS

 NOW COMES THE TOUGH PART ,
 HOW LONG DO YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE TRUE PLEASURES OF LIFE

  THE HARDEST THING  I HAD TO DO IN LIFE WAS TO TRULY
 TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ACTIONS , IN MY CASE 
  ESPECIALLY MY BAD EATING HABITS .
  
    HERE'S A FEW SITUATIONS THAT THIS BAD HABIT HAS CAUSED IN 
   OUR LIVES :
   MY POOR HEALTH THAT SHOWED UP JUST BEFORE I TURNED 50 YEARS 
    OLD  IT WAS JANUARY OF 2004 , BY 2009 , I REALIZED THIS BODY 
 HAD 12 PLUS MEDICAL SITUATIONS , AND I HAD A CHOICE /
   EITHER I STARTED MAKING NECESSARY CHANGES OR MY LIFE 
  HERE WOULD BE OVER BEFORE TOO LONG .

  IN THE PROCESS OF THIS , JANET AND I DECIDED TO SHARE 
  EVERYTHING WE  WERE LEARNING WITH OTHERS , TO HOPEFULLY 
  HELP THEM NOT TO GO DOWN THIS PATH . 
  
  LASTLY , BEING AN EXTREMELY ADHD ADULT , THE MAIN THING 
 I'VE HAD TO DO IS FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME . 
 ONE METHOD THAT HAS HELPED ME IS TO USE A LOOP 
 SYSTEM . 
  SIMPLY , TO KEEP LOOPING THE ONE THOUGHT , UNTIL I GET THIS TASK COMPLETED .
  SOMETHING ELSE , SPIRITUALLY A HYPERACTIVE PERSON OPERATES 
  IN A SPONTANEOUS MODE OF MINDFLOW . 
  BOTH IN POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE FLOWS , 
  WE HAVE TO MAKE A THINK ABOUT EVERY WORD WE ARE ABOUT TO SAY . 
 LEARNED BY EXPERIENCE , WHEN WORDS ARE MANY , COMMUNICATION FACTORS ARE CONFUSED . 
  BY CHOICE , I KEEP THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IN MY SIGHT , AT THE START OF EVERY DAY . 
  THEN REALIZED BY CHOOSING TO LIVE LIFE BY CHOOSING LOVE , JOY , AND PEACE , THERE'S ALMOST ALWAYS A POSITIVE FLOW OF ENERGY AND WORDS .
  A NORMAL MINDFLOW OF A SANGUINE IS
500 TO 1500 WORDS PER MINUTE .
  WE TEND TO TALK WAY TO FAST , WE LOVE HAVING FUN , AND HAVE 
 TO LEARN TO SLOW OUR TALKING DOWN AND TO  BE BETTER 
 LISTENERS . 
  YA'LL THIS HAS  TAKEN MANY YEARS OF UNDERSTANDING THIS AND MAKING MANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS .

  THIS WORLD STAYS IN A CONSTANT CHANGING MODE , WE MUST CHOOSE TO FIND OUR OWN STABLE WAY OF LIVING .
